Serve as an in house, full-service marketing department for mid-sized, entrepreneurial businesses seeking a bigger footprint. In that capacity we will deliver actionable, brand driven oftentimes disruptive strategies to our clients. Once clients and Synomica agree on the strategy, we take on marketing management in partnership with our clients. In short, our mission is long term, we expect to have "skin in the game" and will work side-by-side with clients to achieve their goals.

Employed by a start-up, re-marketing platform in Hong Kong. The assignment was to develop and execute a broad-based sales and marketing program designed to acquire clients selling excess inventory or seeking to purchase that inventory. In a notoriously competitive market, delivered a powerful “lead generating” sales program and productive marketing campaign to reach both sellers and buyers with a cost-efficient communication system. The program led to forming successful client engagements delivering benchmark returns.

Engaged by major U.S. airline to rebuild their brand image and develop passenger/revenue promotions to prepare airline for merger options. Programming led to client carrier successfully merging with American Airlines.

Major cruise ship company had built a strong product offering, but experienced a poor reputation because of a strained travel agent history. This resulted in low bookings and slower revenue growth. Secured the assignment to reposition the brand, raise travel agent interest and develop a "new ship" launch program. Cruise line witnessed a 40% increase from travel agencies. Cruising guests saw cruise line as an elegant value resulting in a 15% share increase.
