Janice M. Johnson,CPA

Janice has been a leader in the tax, investment and non-profit worlds for over 35 years.  She has served as consultant to businesses on organizational issues, including a New York City-based financial services holding company, hedge funds, high net worth individuals and an investor group focused on life settlement policies.  During the past sixteen years she chaired the Board of Directors of a Group Self-Insurance Trust providing Workers’ Compensation Insurance for approximately 250 non-profits in New York State.  In 2009, she was appointed by New York Governor Paterson to serve on a New York State task force formed to design best practices and comment on regulations in that industry.
